sampling rate conversion

Is HeadAC3he the best/fastest program for doing 48khz -> 44khz resampling? If I don't resample my audio is a lower pitch and out of sync when I burn my KVCD, so I'm assuming my player can't support 48khz audio. I'm asking only because HeadAC3he takes ~20min to convert my audio to MP2 and resample at the same time, and I was just wondering if there was a faster program out there. What about VirtualDub itself? When I extract the WAV file there is an option to do Conversion, but I've never tried it myself. Thanks guys!

Hi J-Wo,

HeadAC3HE is about the fastest it can get :D.
The same process with BeSweet takes WAY longer 8)

Thanks for the heads up Kwag. BTW, based on my previous symptoms, is it correct for me to assume that my player doesn't support 48khz audio on a VCD or am I doing something wrong? It seems like not everyone has to downsample but unless I do my DivX --> KVCDs sound out of sync and in a lower pitch
