When I get this kind of error, I use Mpeg-Mediator to extract the WAV from the VOBs, and then use HeadAC3he to convert to MP2.

or, you can download AC3Fix from http://sun.sj.net.cn:8080/souxin/sof...c3%20fix03.rar

Put ac3fix.exe, cygwin1.dll and your ac3 file in C:\, then open a command prompt and type:

C:\ac3fix.exe C:\(yourfile).ac3 C:\(nameoffixedfile).ac3

Then use HeadAC3he to convert the fixed ac3 and it should work fine.
