Hi all!

Is it possible to upsample a 22khz wave file to 44khz wave?

yes,with sound forge but the audio don't encrease quality!

If you want to try a commandline program, try SSRC.

Won't HeadAC3he do that? I've converted 22 khz wav -> 44.1khz .mp2 before with this

i remember that HeadAC3he can do it easy,
and sound forge is trial.

Hmm I have different experience from yesterday when I was trying to
resample 32khz -> 44.1khz with HeadAC3he. I simply didn't work. When
I was checking the box "resample 44.1khz" as soon as I pushed "start"
button in HeadAC3he it did uncheck it automatically and as a final result
I've got mp2 file 32khz. I believe so it's some kind of bug in
HeadAC3he or something like that.

I loaded my wav file in GoldWave resample it there to 44.1khz and after
that converted it with HeadAC3he to mp2 44.1khz. It works great.
