AC3 to MP2

The AC3 is usually 48000, do I have to change it to 44000 when I convert it?

To change it to 44.1Khz, just check "Resample to:" box.

You should.
Because every player supports 44.1Khz, but not all support 48Khz in "VCD" modes.

It's better to do it. But not absolutly necessary if your player handle 48 Khz without any problem. 44.1 is more compatible, that's all.
