what is the difference in headache CBR and VBR ?
 
Hi, kwag, how r u doing :D

i´m wondering, ( don´t know if is a dumb question ) what is the difference in headache, of CBR and VBR when encoding sound

Doing well paco!
Just like what we do with KVCD's. We use Variable bit rate, instead of Constant bit rate for video. For audio encoding, you should use CBR, because many DVD players can't play VBR audio. Just like when you make an MP3 audio file. You can use CBR, which will always give you a fixed size, or VBR, which will save space, in most cases. I do all my MP3's VBR :wink: .
