BeSweet: Error 58 - Unknown Input-File Format

I got this error when I try to convert "AVI to MP2" using BeSweet 1.4 via GUI v0.6.
Error 58: Error : Unknown Input-File Format
The AVI is a Xvid/Divx with VBR MP3. I have VOBinput.dll and have tried tooLame and MP2Enc.
Also, I have a question on stereo output mode.
I'm pondering whether to choose stereo or Dual channel. Dual channel sounds higher quality to me. I checked the file with AVI codec and it says 2 channel and with GSPOT, it says
122 kb/s (61/ch, stereo) VBR LAME3.92
Does this mean it qualifies for Dual Channel?

Did you tried an other avi ? Because I don't remember if I already used a source VBR MP3. Perhaps the tool can deal only with CBR.

Dual channel is a kind of stereo. You can use one or the other as you wish.

You probably didn't install the correct dll then or not at the correct place. Read carefully the hints on the site of dspguru.

OK got it to work. The problem was I have Besweet 1.4. I downloaded the latest one 1.5. The Wizard mode of the GUI doesn't work however.

Which MP2 engine is better? tooLame or MP2Enc? I heard MP2Enc is better.

Let say taht I had problems with toolame and never with mp2enc, but they are both great in word of quality.
