BeSweet: Nothing happens in besweet, audio not converted

i am trying to convert audio directly from avi into mp2

so i start besweet;select wizard; select input;then ouput type; output mode; frc presets ( i am not using any conversion) then GO

...........nothing happens the lame.exe and lame_enc.dll are in the
same directory :?

so what i am doing wrong?

Copy the command line and paste it into a Dos window. You will see imediatly the error.
