i have the delay at 0 seconds, but there is still a momentary pause as the player moves to the next file.

Do your chapters with VCDEasy. I guess you did each chapter as a different track in Nero, and that's why you get that pause.
With VDCEasy, you burn your mpeg file as a single track, and VCDEasy adds entry points ( pointers ) to your file. So your playback is completely smooth.

I've the same problem.
And when i use VCDEasy my DVD-player (Toshiba SD100-S) refused to read it. It works with nero but not with VCDEasy or TSCV...
HELP !!!
