I have a bin file that I would like too burn, but i'm missing the cue file needed. I know for a standard vcd:

FILE "whatever.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

would work. Is there anything special needed too burn a kvcd bin file?

No, a KVCD is burnt the same way than a VCD.
