Ulead DVD Movie Factory forced re-encode, and audio out of sync?

I use Ulead DVD Movie Factory which works fine on 30 fps captures that I am authoring, but when I try to burn a KDVD, it seems to want to convert it to 30 fps and throws off the synch. I used TMPGEnc 2.5 and KDVD templates, making sure to select 3:2 pulldown during the encode, but it is still out of synch. What am I missing here?
