CDRWIN vs CRDWIN - two versions?!

Not totally related to video, but...

Anybody know the difference between these two CDRWINs?
1-> http://www.goldenhawk.com/cdrwin.htm
2-> http://www.disc4you.de/produkte/cdrwin/index.html

I thought goldenhawk was the maker of CDRWIN, and at their site the last version is 3.9b. But at kazaa I saw versions like 4.1, 5.1... I searched the net and found this other CDRWIN site (2). The screen shots are almost the same.
Anybody knows what's the difference?
