Authoring: IfoEdit causes jerky audio and video?

I need some help with the remuxing stage of this great utility.
After encoding with tmpg my m2v file looks great, and plays fine.
Now I want to keep all the audio`s and subs as the original vobs have,
and just replace the video as to fit on a dvdr.

I have followed all the guides over at doom9 to the letter.
Everything gets done, but the resulting vobs don`t play right.

The movie starts playing fine, but then the video stops and the audio continues, or it`s totally jerky audio and video.
When i skip to the next chapter it plays fine for 2 seconds and the does the same again.

I am using the latest version of ifoedit.

Any help please.
