There is a custom setting
Oh well. The custom setting is there but does not allow for a lowering from 30 to 29.97.

You must understand that TMPGENC is a MPEG encoder, not a VCD/SVCD/DVD encoder. That means that it can do ANYTHING that is allowed by MPEG, but not everything will be supported by VCD/DVD players or specific softwares (like authoring tools).

Can you please stop a little (or use the encoding time of tmpgenc ) to read some essential documents ? Go there : http://www.videohelp.com/ and please read all that is in the "Whats is" section of the menu on the left.

Ok. I went there and see what is dvd. I guess I will have to re-encode these to 23.976 fps huh? Unless there is some other utility I can use to do a minute pulldown to that framerate.

I only wonder if the video will be messed up since the source is 30 fps. Can i Adjust the framerate with tmpgenc to 23.97 without it being messed up?

No. Actually the source is a bullcrap. You should really stop using this kind of shit. BTW I close the thread. This is definitely warez and I think it's enought.
