Who knows how to use CD-Protector?

Hi All,

Just got a copy of CD-protector v3.0. It's suppose to copy protect
VCD's and music CD's. If anyone has used this for VCD's, please
reply. I don't understand how to use it. The website is Japanese and
there doesn't appear to be a doc file to explain how to use it. I
realize no VCD backup can be copy protected to someone technically
knowledge, but to the casual user this may be enough to keep my
backups from being duplicated easily. :)

Thankx

Tried FreeLock and it's works well with VCDEasy. Alters the .bin and .cue
files before burning and makes CD to CD copy impossible. But someone
could copy the .dat file to HD and recreate the .bin and .cue and burn
it without the protection. CD-protector, CopyKill, WinLock, TZ Protection,
etc. all are complicated and are no better then FreeLock. :)

This is for those pc users who try to burn a copy instead of converting
the dat file. You're right, someone will find a way. I don't intend to
lend these LBR out, but my kids aren't always as responsible. I guess
its an excercise in futility.
