Reusing DVD+RW: does this deteriorate the quality of the video?

Just a general question here, when i burn to dvd rw, and keep adding to the disk with video files, and erasing old files, does this deteriorate the quality of the video at all??

i know the answer is probably no but just wanted to check and make sure

RW have a determinate lifetime (1000 burns in general). The more you burn them, the more the layer is supposed to degrade. And I guess that this lead to more and more reading errors. That's a little like scratches and dirt.

But thanks to the error correction, you will have several hours of pleasant movie watching before you notice a default in your videos.
