DVDiT and KDVD Template?

Kwag

I recently tested the KDVD Half DVD template and it works great, however, DVDiT will always tell me if the file is 16:3 or other, can you mix 16:3 and 4.3 in DVDiT or is there someway of setting up your templates to one standard that DVDiT will accept, I am attempting to get 2-3 movies on DVD-R, which I can, execpt that some were recorded as widescreen some not, by the way these are all coming off my Panasonic E20 VRO files and Digital Cable.

The default in the KDVD templates output is set to 16:9. Change it to 4:3 if your movie is 4:3.

Thanks...got that part, but my question is with DVDiT, when I open an MPEG2 file if my DVDiT default is set to 16:3 and the film is 4:3, DVDiT will tell me to change to 16:3, so I have to start over and build the show again, is there something in DVDiT that I am missing that allows me to import both a 16:3 file and a 4:3 file in the same project? Or do I have to be sure that have all the 4:3's in one project and all the 16:3's in another? Many thanks for all your assistance.

Download Avestensione here:
http://www.offeryn.de/dv.htm Then you can just patch the mpegs without having to re-encode.
