Authoring: How do I Combine Different Vobs Together?

Say I want to backup different extras from a dvd. I can use DVD shrink to select the different extras I want and back them up to the harddrive.

Now, is there any way to combine them all together into one IFO file that I can input into DVD2SVCD or other program and do them all in one shot?
