No one answered in 10 minutes and you start bumping your post?

PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE

Why the heck did you make a KDVD if you don't have a DVD burner?

No it isn't.

 I should ask you what exactly you called "KDVD" in order to help you but I won't because of the way you double post in less than 10 min claiming for help.

Your best bet, if you don't want to re-encode, is to split that mpeg file, and try to burn as SVCD. See if your player will play it.
If you have problems with the audio, demux and re-encode the audio at 44.1Khz.
But if you really want that top KDVD quality, you'll have to but a DVD ;)

Edit: And DON'T bump posts

This way he doesn't do a KDVD but a MPEG2 KVCD (perhaps with shroter GOP and 48Khz audio). I do not see where is the better result.

Well, if he already did a KDVD, which should be DVD quality, then there's no other choice than to split the mpeg to fit it in 2 or 3 CD's :!:
But then, that voids all of our 1 CD principles
