Fast, Free KDVD authoring tool

After playing with SKVCD for a while I wanted to start making KDVDs.
I know I am buying a DVD burner in a couple of weeks so I started b4 to get some ISOs ready :D.

Adhering to KDVD standard of ~3 movies/DVD ;) :)
I create my m2v,mpv with cce+qcce, ffvfw, or QuEnc. kvcd Notch matrix, resize, deen() only
Audio:
-ac3.5.1 -448kbs>besliced/besplit>besweet6mono waves>softencode ac3-256kbs(below rec spec)>besliced/besplit.
-avi/mp3>ffmpeggui ac3.2.0@160bps>besliced/besplit

Test for sync/quality: bbmpeg mux as vob(DVD), + short piece burned as raw .vob on cdrw and test for playability/sync/quality.
I will skip this step in the near future and just test with MPC. As I am new to KDVD I do this out of abundance of caution.

So far great (better than 2disc svcd) quality and playability-No problem on video or audio(ac3 sounds great and sync dead on).

Now on to authoring the KDVD:
I tested out a couple of programs. Tempenc DVD author. It put a separate program on my computer to handle drag + drop file security, and this program auto starts with windows every time, so....bye bye Tempenc DVD author.
Sony DVD architect doesn't allow mixing of pal/ntsc on same DVD so bye bye Sony DVD architect .

I settled on dvdauthorgui,
http://users.adelphia.net/~liquid64/dvdauthorgui.html
a front end 4 for dvdauthor.
http://dvdauthor.sourceforge.net/

This program is fast, easy to use and does it all.
The most time consuming part was typing in the chapter points in this format:
Code:

00:00:00.0
00:05:00.0
00:10:00.0
00:15:00.0
00:20:00.0
00:25:00.0
00:30:00.0
00:35:00.0
00:40:00.0
00:45:00.0
00:50:00.0
00:55:00.0
01:00:00.0
01:05:00.0
01:10:00.0
01:15:00.0
01:20:00.0
01:25:00.0
01:30:00.0
01:35:00.0
01:40:00.0
01:45:00.0
01:50:00.0
01:55:00.0

I did that once, saved it in a .txt and I just cut and paste the appropriate points for each title.(tip: if you are going to test out, just cut and past from this post ;)

Input has to be demuxed(m2v, ac3).
It allows for separate menu audio.
It allows for auto iso creation.
It allows for multiple audio tracks in movie(feature not tested).
It allows for ntsc/pal on same disc(partially tested)
Results:
I created my KDVD and tested it out with Power DVD.
KDVD1:
2x 16:9 720x480@29.97 fps
1x 4:3 720x480@25 fps 8O  :P
DVDauthorgui put the 16:9 flag on the 4:3 movie so it looked a bit squished in PowerDVD.
Not to be easily put off, I made a mini disc with my short pieces.
Burned the iso (auto create :)) on a cdrw on my stand alone.
RESULTS>>>>AWESOME.
Menu with audio worked perfect. Picked up chapter points.
Looked and played great. Audio sounded great and on sync.
For the third movie @4:3 res I had to click 3 buttons on the DVD remote to change the res-not biggy for me.

KDVD2:
2x 4:3 720x480@29.97 fps
1x 16:9 720x480@25 fps
Tested as a mini DVD.
Result: Excellent, Same as above.
No problems at all with video/audio quality/sync, even on the 720x480@25fps.
Can't wait to try the full ISOs when I get my burner
