Avisynth: Temporal Smoother?

Ive read somewhere that temporal smoother is built into an mpegdecoder...I cant seem to use the optimal script because I cant get temporal smoother to work... im now using mpeg2dec3.... Any help would be great..Are there any substitutes to Temporal Smoother?

TemporalSmoother is a function built in Mpeg2dec (not in mpeg2dec3) and works only with AviSynth 2.0x ! :)

You can use "TemporalSoften" with AviSynth 2.5x. It's a build in Avisynth filter.
