Better : this error is an avisynth arror ! So for sur you do not have it during authoring !

Do we have to decoe your words and understand that you saw this error in the MPV, written in red on black backround ?
If yes... you had something like memory error during encoding.

Geordie is a freind of mine hes using retail dvd ripped with dvd decrypter then then used dvd2avi to create a dv2 and ac3 file which he enterd into diko using the optimal script destination is KDVD usingf free-enc 704x576 PAL
I have alos seen thes message appear in gray txt at the topc centre of the encode

cheers glent

i ripped a retail dvd using dvd decryptor , the used dvd2avi to make the d2v file, from here i used diko to convert the d2v & ac3 file into the mpv file... the problem is that message appears as glent said in the finished mpv file.

using diko 0.77 with FreeEnc and besweet with avisynth 2.0.8

res : 480 x 576 , & mp2 audio @ 128kbs

just wondering what the error reffers to so i can correct it.

The error means that avisynth encountered an unknown problem while it was encoding. If taht happens in the middle eof the script this is generally due to a lack of free memory. But that can have a lot of other reasons.

BTW all diko questions are now discussed on vmesquita.com forum. Thanks.
