Avisynth: KVCD from a 16:9 DVD?

It seems from reading that for KVCD I dont want to leave it 16:9. I am guessing I am just making more pixels and decreasing my ability to make a high quality KVCD. I have been fiddling with GripCrop, GripSize and GripBorders. Does anyone have some good starting numbers and give me quick run through about going from 16:9 to what I want with KVCD?

Here is what I have now, it works good but teh screen is pushed together too much.

Hi dnstommy,

If your source is a 16:9 anamorphic DVD, then you must set your source as anamorphic=true. Like this:

GripCrop(352, 288, source_anamorphic=true) 

GripSize(resizer="BicubicResize") 

#insert your filters here

GripBorders()

Or you can just leave GripCrop(352, 288) as anamorphic=true is the default option.
