Avisynth: can't load mpeg2dec.dll?

Hello everybody,

A new member here, I started using KVCD and I really am having a blast! Good job, kwag!!! Your templates are amazing!!! Anyway, I got a question and hope somebody can help me. I installed Avisynth last night and when I tried loading it in tmpenc, I got an error "can't load mpeg2dec.dll". I searched my hard drive and it seems that I don't have the file. Does anybody know where I can get mpeg2dec.dll?? I also searched the forum and I didn't find any information on where to get the file. I also went to http://www.videotools.net and didnt it. I really appreciate any help.

Ok, it's me again. I think I found the answer to my question. I just downloaded dvd2svcd, installed it and viola, it has mpeg2dec.dll. So for those people who are looking for mpeg2dec.dll, it's in dvd2svcd software.
