Merits of NoMoSmooth??
I've noticed in recent script samples from the experienced guys on this site, NoMoSmooth is excluded. Any particular reason why? Has a different tool taken it's place? In my readings, I've seen it referred to as a good substitute for convo3d, but most of you guys have gone to convo3d... hmmm...

hi! you say that faerydust removes noise, but if use blockbuster noise and convultion3D, it's necessary to use faerydust to removed DCT blocks? thanks..

FaeryDust would be used before BlockBuster Noise. The idea is that FaeryDust cleans the source material, and then blockbuster noise feeds noise on the low frequency spectrum, thus removing visible DCT bocks. However, blockbuster noise is ineffective with CQ mode, specially on resolution equal to or greater than 528x. -kwag |
