sorry Sansgrip :oops: , I didn't know where else to post this.

In the following link you posted two pictures that were rated, just wondering did you use a program to rate those? if so which program is it?

Those numbers refer to the cq value at which each sample was encoded with TMPGenc :wink:

but wouldn't it be nice if there's a software that can be used to compare the two images automatically. Sure would beat staring at it.

There's Birate Viewer where you can compare the Q-Factors of several clips...
