I used the 352x240 KVCD+ template modfied:

Max Bitrate = 1500
Audio Rate = 224
CQ = 70
Anamorphic VCD

Spacedust and Temporal Cleaner

I muxed it all with TMPGenc and got a 600mb file for the whole movie adn thE quality is better than standard VCD!

352X240! THANKS....

It seems too, that by using Avisynth that encoding VOBS is way faster than the way I used to do it.

Too bad I can't modify my Terapin VCD recorder to do KVCD's!
