I have a script like this
If I open this on Virtualdub and choose "save wav" I get a plain wav file, because avisynth decodes it.

Is there any way I can save compressed audio from this script

You can only do a direct stream copy or a full audio processing to WAV output.

Why the script?

Open the avi directly in VD, select direct stream copy in audio, and save wav.

Beacause I'm trying to do it programmatically, and my program only acepts avs by the moment, and I like to have the compressed audio, for future uses.
