KVCD: FitCD Scripts - BilinearResize settings?

Kwag,

No problems just questions. When I run a D2V file through FitCD it will give me a BilinearResize(704,352,0,0,720,480) example, I believe you had said somewhere that I should change this line to fit my requirements i.e. 352x480 or whatever I require, and then load your template, question is should I be changing this line or just let your template take of the re-size, now keep in mind that this applies to anything I run through FitCD (352x480, 352x240, 703x480 etc etc.). I do change this now and have no problems, but it seems to defeat the purpose of useing FitCD execpt for the file location and some other thing like
LoadPlugin"C:\encoding\MPEG2DEC.dll")
LoadPlugin"C:encoding]decomp.dll
mpeg2source("F:*****
TemporalSmoother(2,2)
AddBorders(0,64,0,64)

By the way I ran a 113 Min move throuhg your New DVD Template and came up with a 2.3 GB file which played back throuh WINDVD great, now on to recording this to a DVD-R, I now have a 2x Panasonic Burning DVD-Ram in the PC. Will post the results here.

FitCD will always give you the correct resize, depending on the taget size you choose ( 1/2 DVD, XVCD, etc. ). If I'm going to encode with the standard KVCD template, I choose 1/2 DVD. If I'm going to use the KVCDx2 templates, I choose XVCD ( 704x480 ) as destination.

So you're ready to burn your DVD-R!. Great. Let me know the result. I hope you're using DVDit, because some other authoring programs will take your mpeg and re-encode it. Resulting in a crappy quality!
DVDit only re-encodes the audio, and leaves the video mpeg untouched.
So you get the quality that was created with TMPEG.
