Avisynth: which version should be used?

If I use Moviestacker for example the newest version, I need the AVI Synth version or not and if which version.

Yes you need AviSynth!. Get version 2.08 at http://sourceforge.net/projects/avisynth2

But now I have another problem.
I've installed this version and use Moviestacker 2 beta and 1.1.
If I made itwith the KVCD Templates like the Tutorial and I will open it with TMPGEnc or Virtualdub mod oder VirtualDud always shown unrecognized exception. What's my fault?

Deinstall avisynth, and reinstall it :!:
This happened to me once, and that cured it :?
