AviSynth freezes ?

I'm curious to find out why my avs file "freezes" halfway through while being encoded in Tempenc. I also need to know what is the latest AviSynth version. Seems I got versions 2.08 and 2.5 on my system, although MovieStacker detects it as 2.08

HI ,i don't know about the freezing but 2.5 is the newest version but mostly everyone is using 2.08 still, the newest version requires different .dll filters and a lot of people are having trouble with them.

Wonder if I should "uninstall" 2.5? Perhaps its creating a conflict.
Anyways, I'm assuming that an AVS file should encode normaly just like a d2v file ...right?

I got the same problem,
after 2 hours encoding, the screen stays black and I have to restart,
that's only since i have the new avisynth version 2.52!!
And I have no idea why it would do it, everything worked completly fine before that!!

if the pc is overclocked sometimes break the encode
or the machine freeze :!:

There is no support until you have run Prime95 for at least an hour without problems! ;)
