Topic is self explanatory, I think

Why is the 2.52 script listed as being only for DVD sources? I'm going to download the new Avisynth 2.52 today, but was wondering if I need to keep 2.08 for my VHS caps.

Hi Icarus3000,

2.52 will now be substituting the 2.0x series, so you might as well upgrade.
I haven't worked on a VHS script yet, but you can use the one posted as a model, and apply it to 2.52.
