AviSynth 2.52 isn't that what we got now Jo :?:
Edit: i guess not Jo, Brand new same version. |
All intermediate versions will be called "2.5.2" until 2.5.3 is released.
There is a date in the installer, and "version()" is also updated. There is more information here about DirectShow audio support. |
@ sh0dan..
Hi, couldn't you inlcude, as a separate D/L, just the .DLL*** too ?? I mean, if I D/L the whole file(s) and run through the installer, I'll be right back ta square one - no support for VFAPI, VDUB or any other ability to view any sources I have, envolving AVIsynth as the go-between :!: And then I have to research through trial and error, how to get things back to working again. I've spent at least 2 weeks getting my system to work again, because AVIsynth's installer made some changes to my system, be it vdub's settings, and/or .reg settings ect. In fact, to date, I STILL have not found the EXACT cause of how the installer changed my system, that I could give you :( but it took nearly two weeks to "blindly" get my sys back to the way it was suppose to be in, but still be able to use v2.52 :) But, if you can't (for whatever the reason) then perhaps I can obtain it from some one else here or elsewheres. *** - what I do, when I have issues (and others here too) is I re-name my .DLL's each time a newere one come in. Then, if I (or others) here have some issues, I can try prev. ones and go from there w/ fixes or cause of problems. Some examples of my process: * old.1-MPEG2Dec3.dll * old.2-MPEG2Dec3.dll * old.3-MPEG2Dec3.dll And, if something happens, and I need to test older version, I just rename like: new-MPEG2Dec3.dll and swap the old.1 through old.3 Can you provide the .DLL by it'self too please ?? Thank you very much for you help :) -vhelp |
:( Hey guys, some trouble here !
I just changed to this new avisinth 2.5.2 version, to make a KVCD of "Tarzan and Jane" cartoon DVD (75min.,NTSC) and the encode time raised from 3 hours to 9 hours :!: :!:  I really don't understand, all others things were the same: DVD2AVI v.1.7.7.3, MPEG2DEC3.dll v.1.08, optimal script July 8th, TMPGEnc 1.513... Could anyone give me a reason to so slowwww encode? LaBomba |
Could you post the complete script?
Can you confirm that the original 2.5.2 (June 1st) is faster? |
New version up. Changes:
- DirectShowSource capable of opening audio only. WAV/AC3/MP3 can be opened using DirectshowSource. - Made adjustments for longer sample support in ResampleAudio. - Added experimental "align=true/false" to crop - this will realign frames if they aren't already. Alignement is 16 for SSE2 machines, 8 for others. - Updates to DirectshowSource audio support. - Minor adjustments for long audio. - Removed ffvfw from installation. |
thanks for more great news Sh0dan :!:
