Avisynth vs Mpeg2source?

Kwag,

Just started haveing a problem with the mpeg2source line in the AviSynth Script. This just started, I have changed nothing on my system, but now after I run DVD2AVI, FitCD, do the cut and paste thing, and open the Avs file in TEMPGnc I get a error message tellig me it can't open the AVS file, and the problem is alwasys the same line, the line containing the mpeg2source. I have tried to correct this and ran a number of d2v files through as well a some VRO files, and the same result, so what happened ? Many thanks

The new DVD2AVI changed the structure of the .d2v :( , so it's not compatible with AviSynth :( :(
If you want to use a .avs script, you're going to have to re-run with DVD2AVI 1.76. That's what I'm doing now. If I'm going to process a FILM dvd, then I use the 1.77.3 with Force FILM, because it's faster, and read the .d2v directly.
Hopefully there will be a fix in a ( hopefully near ) future AviSynth release.
