Avisynth: Frameserving from Premiere?

Hi all:
I'm new to this forum, and don't know if it's the right place for my question. I also don't speak/write english well, I hope youŽll be patient.
I capture video with my capture card in diff format, I then load and cut-edit in Premiere. I then encoded in high quality mpeg2 that I then used as a source for KVCD. But I think that reencoding will affect the final quality.
That's why I want to frameserve from Premiere. I read elsewhere in the forums I could use IPCSource, but I think avisynth 2.5 don't support it (I read that it now is part of AvisynthEx.dll, an avisynth plugin you must pay for...!! nice thing. After seeing all the work done here by Kwag, SansGrip, Jorel, Black Prince, Muaddib, Sh0dan, Jellygoose and many other testing, making program... I donŽt understand that anybody wants to charge a plugin, taking in part profit of somebody else work).
I also read I could use PlugIn Pac, free, but I get some errors, and is extremely slow, and works with AviSource, so I have to change the colorspace to YV12 first (slower, isn't it?)
I need some help. Would it be better to capture in avi format or mpeg2 format directly with the card, and then load them in the script?.
Is there any filter to import in avisynth a Premiere project?.
Help please. And thank you in advance.

 No comments?, no ideas?. Help please.

At least, I would like to know if I'm not loosing too much quality by encoding first to mpeg2 and then to kvcd. If not, even the hole process is very slow (2 encodes) I would stay making the same.
But if I could frameserve from Premiere, maybe it could be faster, and better quality. What do you think?. :?
I could also capture with my capture card, but with another software (like WinDVR for MPEG2 or AVI_IO for avi), but I don't even know if they will support my capture card (Dazzle Dv now AV).
Waiting your comments 8O , any will be of a help.
