Does 1CQ equal 10MB.

oh yeah. and is this right?

CQ70 = 100min/700MB
CQ80 = 100min/800 MB

Etc.

No, the CQ is different for every moie and depends on many things, for example the resolution.

If it was that easy we wouldn't need prediction at all! CQ Curve is a very weird curve, which is not near linear. Sometimes you can raise CQ 5 points and it only adds 5 mb to your final size. Sometimes it will add 200 mb for 5 CQ points.
