Can't find GripFit_YV12.dll

First off, I'm a newbie -- please be patient. Your website is awesome, by the way -- I thought I'd never have to ask any questions at all, since it seems like everything's covered. I just can't seem to find a place to get GripFit_YV12.dll. It's not anywhere, at least that I can see.

I discovered KVCD.net about two weeks ago, and encoded my first KVCD last week using Red-M's guide and am pleased with the results. Flushed with my recent success, I started perusing these forums, and now I really want to give the "optimal scripts" a go. I've spent the last two days trying to figure out Avisynth 2.5.2, and I think I have a handle on it. I just need GripFit_YV12.dll, and I can try the script out.

I want to say, as well, that I have never seen such a friendly and accommodating forum -- you guys are amazing! :D

Thanks, Kwag!!

I just have one concern that I'd like to run by you before I try anything.

When I unzipped the file from that link, instead of having a file called "GripFit_YV12.dll," it had one called "grip.dll." Is that okay?

If it is still the correct file, should I change the LoadPlugin path in the script to say "grip.dll," or should I keep the script as it is?

i download the file from the link posted and test...
i think that was renamed to "grip.dll".

oh yes, rename the path or only put the filter in the avisynth plugins folder!

this is strange Phil!

the files are from the same date(16-02-03 14:22) and same size(92kb),
then i did one script to test using the "autoload"
and works using the grip.dll(Kwag link) or GripFit_YV12.dll(Cheron link) :!:

for each test only one dll was in the plugins folder...
can't get any problems!
if i remove the dlls from plugins folder, don't work(of course) but
no matter how dll is in the folder, the "grip" work!
8O
no problems here.

In fact the zip was fixed : when we had discovered the problem (the day CheronAph did the mirror), the date of all the files into the zip was "28-09-03". Today the .dll is the original one and its date is "16-02-03".

i didn't knew about this problems!
