I've been running kwag's optimal script (with the exception of undot and STMedianFilter since my computer does not support SSE) and the bitrate is astronomical, Vdub says its 66289 kbps. Can I add a line to lower the bitrate Or am I using the script wrong

Also, every frame is a key frame. Any way to reduce those as well

At that rate you won't fit one minute on an 80 min cdr Is that the m1v file you're loading into vdub? The bitrate is adjusted in TMPGenc under settings> rate control mode.

I think Homer Simpson said it best, Doh! Thank you rendalunit, for letting me know that I was using the script wrong and that if I did more reading and less asking I wouldn't have had to ask in the first place.

FYI, it is an avi (720x480, 780 kbps). For now on I'll just use Vdub to check that the script is working before running it in tmpg.

Estoy grande idiota (or somthing)

FYI, avisynth produces always UNCOMPRESSED video. That's why vdub gives you such a huge bitrate when you load the avs
