You are breaking the license agreement of the GripFit_YV12. Here is a copy of the license distributed in the original file.
Quote:

By using this program you'll agree to terms of the following license agreement.

You may distrbute this program as long as you state that this program includes portions made by Ross Thomas and Lauri Hahne. If your program is sold in a package of some kind you must say on your packages that this program includes portions made by Lauri Hahne/Ross Thomas. The terms also apply if this program is just bundled with some other program.

Yep my friend sorry, but a long time that plugin was NOT online you know. The known links where broken and so I gave just a mirror on that so people still can use YOUR tool!

So if your link works now , we can now keep point on yours again.

As there already have been some pointers to that link in here in the forum, I changed now the content of the download to exactly the same of yours, says including license/credits etc.

I hope thats ok.

Gretings and Thanks

Just adding the license file to your rar file would be enough.

Hmm,
I thought GripFit was one one SansGrip filters...
Maybe Latexx did the port to AVS 2.5x?
I'm sure Inc never thought of getting any credits for it.
You could check it here in the forum scolling Inc's posts always mentioned he had a mirror for it.
Anyway license is license, that's a fact.
Cheers

I ported it to Aviynth 2.5. The original GripFit doesn't have any license things. The source files just state that you are free to do what ever you want with this piece of software. I added the license after I ported it to Avisynth 2.5. The only idea behind the license is to give attribution to the original authors.

@RDS

I don't think that he doesn't trust me, his intention was just to make clear that everything should be provided 100% and therefore the adding of the license is a very clear Reason and I understand that very well

rds_correia 02-07-2004 12:42 PM

No probl guys.
You know, I thought that: since the plugin was SansGrip's, what's with the license
Obviously I was just a bit confused cause I didn't realize that the avs2.5x of GripFit was Latexxx's. 8)
And you know, since we had these M people (and others too lately) claiming copyrights...
Just forget it, and most important: have fun with it
Cheers all
