Is there a script that gives information about Scene Change Detection in the source? Like how many changes detects. How many key frames are there?, etc.

A key frame is not necessary put at each scene change, and the opposite also. So, no, there is not.

But if you want, you can see the GOP composition with a licensed version of bitrateviewer.
