you can use Imageshack,youll find it here:http://www.imageshack.us

As far as I remember max size is 1MB pr.image

and use .png or .bmp for minimum quality loss
(someone told me that)

What about when capturing from a Digital Cable Box??

Is the resolution still 352x480 or 720x480 since the audio/video should be digital??

I don't know
It all depends on your cable company.
If they are retransmitting DVB signals, then yes, your resolution is also limited.
If they are transmitting from "C band", then you have full broadcast resolution.
