I am capturing at 352 x 480 (29.97 fps NTSC) and then frameserving using DVD2AVI. I had been using Tmpgenc for the audio encoding but I am starting to play with headac3e. I am using Moviestacker for my avs file. For movies recorded this way I am using Telecide and Decimate on the captured mpeg and encoding at 24 fps using KVCD 352x240 Plus.

Are you getting smooth motion with Telecide and Decimate? If so, what avs script are you using?
