good avs script for processing a tv capture?

Could someone post a good avs script for processing a tv capture (640x480, MJPEG) of a widescreen (Dune2)? I am having to process as 29.97 as Telecide() and Decimate() cause small jerks. My template of choice is KVCDx3 MPEG1.

I would reccomend FaeryDust and Convolution3D(preset="movieLQ") for anything, I don't think a TV capture would need anything different. As for the jerkiness I saw something similar in this thread. So you could try GreedyHMA to get rid of the jerkiness.

TV Cartoon Capture

I use Telecide(), Decimate(), Faerydust() and Convolution3D(preset="movieLQ") for my regular WinTVGO TV captures.

:?: What are best filters for TV capture of cartoons (Courage the Cowardly Dog) with:

WinTVGO 190
VirtualVCR
MJPEG 640x480
TMPGEnc KVCDx3 MPEG1
BBMPEG
Nero

:?: Should I use Telecide() and Decimate() or NTSC 29.97?

:?: Also, which would be better: 528x480 or 352x480?

Sorry for taking so long to reply, :? I havent done any cartoons but I would think Convolution3D(preset="animeLQ") and Blockbuster(method=noise, variance=.6, seed=1) would do quite a good job.

EDiT: Probably 528 res would be better than 352.
