Recording Video: Which capture card to get?

ok heres my dilemma i have a pixelview play tv pro w/fm radio i
cannot figure out how to install the btwincap drivers and i want to capture to make fulld1 dvds out of my tvshows
my question is how do i install the btwincap drivers
can someone give me a step by step guide on how to install the btwincap drivers

The btwwincap drivers did not work well with my WinTV card. They would not play audio in stereo. The video was great but the sound wasn't.

WinTV cards are only mono :!:
Use your soundcard to capture the audio. Not the sound jack on the WinTV.
