Recording Video: Best budget-priced video capture card?
 
i want to make 720x480 kdvds out from tapes/tv shows and movies
which one is better
wintv go w/the btwincap drivers
avermaedia DVD EZ maker

The WinTV beta drivers from Hauppage work great in XP. They even updated their TV viewer to now include a built in recorder. I had sound issues with the btwwincap drivers.

do they allow you to capture at 720x576. The old ones wouldn't allow higher than 320x288
