Hey Evangelion-01,
I just bought a Haupaugge WinTV PVR-250 a couple of days ago :!: I haven't even had a chance to install it  But the reviews are just great. Check this forum, which is related to that card: http://www.shspvr.com/ -kwag |

Try Leadtek TV2000 XP Deluxe. I got this card couple of weeks back and I like the quality. Remote and FM is cool. But I am not an expert in this.
If you are in the USA you can get this card for $51.00 shipped from newegg.com Regards Dominic |
