Looking for free News Letter publisher
 

@anyone,

I'm looking for a free publsher similar to MS Publisher 2003 to create
news letters for my neighborhood block association. Any suggestions
welcome. :)

Found Serif PagePlus v5 for free. Serif gives away older versions of it's
Publishing software. Serif PagePlus 9, it's newest version is rated higher
than MS Publisher 2003. I'm trying version 5 and it's very good. :)

Better than Serif PagePlus v5 is RagTime Solo:

It's not only free, but comes with templates, clip art, and
a video of how to create newsletters, greeting cards, etc.
This is a very good program free or not 8)
