Live TV stations via Internet

Well, this is related to video, but as there's no specific section, I'll post here. :)
Now that I have a very high speed Internet connetion (3-5Mbps), I'm looking for integrating something (PC, ???) into the living room TV, so we can watch live Internet stations on the TV set.
I'm not looking for things like low quality stations, the ones available on WinAmp and things like that.
Does anyone know of a service (cheap or free), software, etc., that you can tune in (good quality) live TV stations from around the world :?:
I'm aware of this: http://www.beelinetv.com/
And this: http://www.americafree.tv
But only a few stations there are good quality.
There's also this software: http://www.internettvsoftware.com
Does anyone have experience with that, or is it a scam :?:
All suggestions welcome.
I'm currently doing searches on this topic today

Thanks,

@Kwag,

My neighbor's kid is a Hip Hop fan and he likes this:

I don't care for Hip Hop, but I'm looking for free movies, especially
Sci Fi. I'd like to find some software to capture these TV streams :)

Hi BP,

Thanks for the link (I'm not a hip hop fan either )
You can capture streams with WM Recorder & RM Recorder here: http://www.applian.com/products.php
However, they are commercial products, but they seem to work very well :)
Here's another link I found today: http://mediahopper.com/portal.htm and also this: http://www.lyngsat.com/nettv/United-States.html which is all USA available channels. This is the main entry for all channels worldwide: http://www.lyngsat.com/nettv/index.html
