CQPhone softphone for windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP

@all,

Some of my friends are still using Windows 95/98 :roll: They wanted
to keep in touch via PC-to-PC. I found this softphone and tried it
with people using 56k POTS modems. It works pretty good :wink:
