Website Templates for Business

@anyone,

I'm ready to create my business website and need a good template (free)
to start this project. I'd like some with many types to develope others
for business clients requesting a website. One of these business is catering,
another is shoe sales, and still another is selling special equiptment for the
elderly. Starting form scratch is too time consuming. Can anyone recommend
a good source. I did some Google searching, but the ones I found were
mostly flashly backgrounds. It seems designing websites is not easy
If anyone has some recommendations, suggestions, hints, comments,
... well you know what I mean :)

Would you consider a CMS (Content Management System) :?:
Something like Mambo Server: http://www.mamboserver.com/
There are many more, but that one is very easy to use :)
I assume you'll be hosting this at a provider :?:
If so, check my provider www.bluehost.com, which already includes a control panel with a "One Click" CMS installer called "Fantastico", and that installs any of these:
Code:

                    Content Management
                  Drupal
                  Geeklog
                  Joomla
                  Mambo Open Source
                  PHP-Nuke
                  phpWCMS
                  phpWebSite
                  Post-Nuke
                  Siteframe
                  TYPO3
                  Xoops
