Plantronics 590a
 

I recently purchased the Plantronics 590a headset:

(and no, I didn't pay as much as is listed on their site!!).

I am having a very difficult time getting it set up to interact with the bluetooth card on my PC. I have a Billionton PCMCIA bluetooth card on my laptop. I tried using the toshiba bluetooth stack that came with the card and also tried a bluesoleil bluetooth stack. Both can recognize and connect to the headset, but the headset is supposed to have 2 services: Stereo headphones, and Headset. I can only use it as headphones,and can't get the microphone to work properly. Actually, I was able to get the micropohne to work with the Toshiba stack, but if I set it up that way it won't let me re-connect as stereo headphones,even if i disconnect as a headset.

I have been searching the internet for information on how to do this properly, but have had no luck so far, and the plantronics customer service hasn't been much help either.

So... if anyone in the KVCD community has gotten a Plantronics 590a headset to work with a bluetooth adapter on their PC, can you please let me know! I have been pulling my hair out for the past few days!
